Due to the nature of finishing, there are many elements to consider.

Each finishing project at The Salty Stitchery Studio is thoughtfully completed with attention to detail, craftsmanship, and timeless design. Pricing varies based on project size, finishing style, specialty materials, and overall complexity. All projects are individually quoted prior to beginning the finishing process.

Projects are finished using acid-free mat board and stitching techniques designed to preserve the integrity and longevity of your needlepoint. Glue is used only when constructing gusset-style pieces and is limited to securing interior foam components as needed.

Ornament Finishing

Starting at $65

  • Up to 4” designs — starting at $65

  • 5–6” designs — starting at $85

Deposits & Payment

A deposit is required to reserve your place in the finishing queue. Remaining balances and shipping invoices are due upon project completion prior to return shipment.

Invoices will be sent electronically, and projects will ship once final payment has been received.

Turnaround Time

Projects are completed in the order they are received. Current turnaround times generally range from 2 to 3 months, depending on project type, seasonal demand, and material availability.

Rush requests may be accommodated when scheduling allows.

Shipping &

Local Drop-Off

The Salty Stitchery Studio accepts both mailed finishing projects and local drop-off arrangements.

For mailed projects, please place stitched pieces and materials inside a waterproof bag (such as a zipper storage bag) before shipping for added protection during transit.
